I have decided to switch back to Netscape for the meanwhile, there are just too many sites at the moment that Opera has problems with - including Dilbert, where I guess its balking at the cursor being changed. Outer Technologies provide a shareware bookmark manager that allows painless importing and exporting from IE, Netscape and Opera, so I can merge in my bookmark changes during my spell with Opera. |

I got pointed at Gibson Research Corporation who produce OptOut software which removes Aureate's 'spyware'. A host of people have found this to solve problems similar to those I was experiencing with IE, so I gave it a shot and it seemed to work. |
